The new design now has a cruciform shape at the top of each marker cone to support canes or poles which enables the trainer to form simple hurdles and targets. Made in Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE) they are tough enough to withstand occasional crushing and are completely waterproof.

Place the mouthguard in hot water. Remove from the hot water after 8-10 seconds removing excess water and place squarely in the mouth and press over the top teeth. To ensure the mouthguard fits around the backs of teeth, suck your thumb hard. Pressing your lips together, bite your bottom teeth into the mouthguard. To mould the mouthguard against the front of the top teeth, push against the outside top lip with your fingers. The guard must be reheated and these steps repeated until, on opening your mouth, the guard remains in place.
