2. What are your delivery lead times and restrictions?

We deliver within the UK mainland and Northern Ireland. With the exception of Southern Ireland, we do not ship orders outside the UK.  If you have a requirement overseas please contact us for a quote.

We send out single mouthguards by Royal Mail second class post which generally take 2-3 working days to arrive.  For orders of 10 or more mouthguards, we use APC Couriers which is not a guaranteed next day service but most orders are delivered by 5.00pm on the next day.  For deliveries to Scotland, Northern & Southern Ireland this service can take 3-5 working days.  The couriers do not deliver during weekends.  We do not deliver to PO Box addresses and BFPO addresses.

3. How much will delivery cost?

Each item has been individually priced with the appropriate postage and packing charges. For full details please refer to the ordering section of this website.

Prices range from £2.90 Royal Mail second class post for one mouthguard to £10.00 for a box of 100 mouthguards for shipments within the UK mainland.

4. Do I have to use the online ordering system to place an order?

Yes, we can keep our prices competitive by offering a dedicated online ordering service and you will also able to take advantage of the online price savings.

5. Can I order an item that is out of stock?

We endeavour to keep stock of all of our products. However, from time to time we do run out. Our ordering system does not allow for orders to be placed for items not currently held in stock.

6. Can I select a different delivery address

Yes, you can select a different UK delivery address at the time of placing your order. Please note for orders of 10 or more mouthguards sent by our APC Courier service the driver will require a signature unless you have made a request for the parcel to be left in a safe place ie in a porch.

7. Do you issue an invoice with your goods?

Yes, you will receive a copy invoice together with your delivery note with the order.

8. How can I pay?

You can pay using a credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, Visa Delta, Switch, Maestro or Solo).

9. What if my payment is refused?

10. How secure is our website?

Any information that is entered on the website such as an address or credit/debit card information is protected by the use of Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. This technology ensures that all information is encrypted and cannot be read in the unlikely event that any data is intercepted. When SSL security is applied to a web page you will notice a small Padlock icon appear at the foot of the page you are reading.

11. What is your returns policy?

12. I have broken the Seal on the mouthguard case, can I still return it?

Owing to the nature of the product, we cannot accept returns where the Seal on the mouthguard case has been broken. See also our Terms and Conditions document concerning Returns and Online 7-day “cooling-off” Period.

13. How long should I place my mouthguard in hot water?

No longer than 10 seconds. For full instructions, please follow the Product Instruction leaflet that is sent with the goods.

14. Do I need to buy a new mouthguard if my child is in the process of getting their second teeth?

No, just drop the mouthguard in hot water for 8-10 seconds and then remould the guard against any new teeth that are coming through. (See the Product Instruction leaflet for full details). Once the majority of the second teeth are through you may have to purchase a new “Senior” mouthguard generally for those aged 13+.

15. What mouthguard size do I need?

Generally our “Junior” range is aimed at children aged up to 13 years old. The “Senior” range is for those who have their second adult teeth – generally age 13+.

16. Does the mouthguard contain latex?

No, our mouthguards do not contain latex.

17. Are the colours and flavourings used in the manufacturer of the mouthguards safe to use?

Yes, all of our colours and flavours are in line with The European Chemical Agency (ECHA) list and so are deemed harmless.
